Frequently Asked Questions
Planning, accounts, and billing.
How does trip planning work?
Enter a destination, your travel dates, group size, and a travel style on the Plan a Trip page. We build a complete day-by-day itinerary — named restaurants, real hotels, and things worth doing. It's free to generate and view.
What do I get with the paid customization?
Unlocking a trip lets you drag-and-drop reorder stops, edit anything inline, ask an assistant to make changes in plain English, upload your own photos, and keep a full revision history. You can unlock a single trip once, or subscribe for unlimited trips.
How does the subscription work?
The subscription unlocks customization on every trip in your account — past and future — for as long as it's active, instead of paying per trip. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Go to My Account and click "Cancel subscription." This stops future billing — there's no separate "pause," since canceling already keeps your access until the period you paid for ends, then simply stops. You can undo it any time before that date.
Sign in to manage your subscription →If I cancel, do I lose my trips?
No. Every trip you've already customized stays exactly as you left it and stays visible in My Trips. Canceling only stops you from customizing new trips going forward — nothing already unlocked is taken away, and nothing is ever deleted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves.
Who can see my trips and saved places?
Other visitors never see your trips, saves, likes, or reviews — those stay tied to your own account. One thing worth knowing: the destination and preferences you enter to generate a trip are sent to OpenAI to build your itinerary, and we participate in a program that lets OpenAI use that traffic to improve their models in exchange for lower costs on our end. If you'd rather a specific request not be used that way, just keep it out of what you type into the planner.
